STYLES - BALLET

Studio M welcomes and encourages all students to participate in ballet classes.

Avoca holds classical classes for all students, beginners thru to advanced. Once a week classes allow the students to enjoy their ballet without the intensity of formal exams.  We find that one lesson a week strengthens the dancer improving their skills and technique. They work towards a Presentation Exam at the end of the year and receive a certificate with a full comment sheet, giving the student positive criticism and feedback. All students receive a small gift to show for their hard work and effort throughout the year.

However, at Studio M we also understand that some students wish to participate in multiple classes to achieve a high level of ballet. All grades are sent through a R.A.D Exam. This gives the student exam experience and benefits the dancer both in knowledge and technique.

At Studio M we give the students a great option when it comes to the level of ballet they wish to participate in.  It’s all possible within the same school.
